ABOUT

Give your customers your best guess

You’re so much more than a one-night brand. Tap into LX (Lived Experience)  data and automate genuine conversations with your customers so they stay for a lifetime.

What is Lived Experience?

LIVED EXPERIENCE DATA

Ahh, Humans. Walking, sweating sacks of information - no, seriously.

Every move we make tells a story about where we are and what we like to do.

We call this LX (Lived Experience) data.

See those digital-first jerks over there? You know who I’m talking about, social media companies, smartphone makers, streaming app developers – Yeah, them.

They’ve had LX data for years. Not only are they using LX data to track their customers’ lived experiences while they’re on their screens, but they’re also creating a personalized experience for each user!

REAL-WORLD BRANDS
REAL-WORLD BRANDS

Real-world brands, on the other hand, that make things you can see and feel like running shoes or hiking gear, had no way of accessing and using this kind of data – until now.

You see, with everyone and their dog using wearable technology, they can now permit  you to automatically see what they’re doing and where they’re doing it, allowing you to create the best experience for them (maybe even the doggo!)

They can finally receive engaging, real-time messages about events happening around them, based on what they’re actually doing.

Not some generic email about a random item they left in a cart 2 weeks ago.

The best part is that they can share this data while going about their day, living their best life. No screen time required.

Why does this matter?

Why does this matter?

Because, for far too long, digital-brands have gotten people glued to their phones. Not only is this wreaking havoc on their bodies, it’s also causing them to miss out on life and interacting with other people physically.

Well, we’ve had enough of it

That’s why we’ve decided to use LX data the right way: to connect real-world brands, to real-world people, using real-world data. So brands can make products that get people addicted to running and hiking and meeting up with friends instead of sitting alone scrolling.

What is DashLX?

A-Z, here – there, born (date) – died (date.) Oh dash, what a miserable life. An abbreviation used by people to get from point A to B. The middle part – the dash – isn’t that important. Oh yeah, you know what I’m talking about. But, to us, a dash is much more than that.It represents your first car…Your first love…

That time you ate too much spicy curry and… well… you know the rest. That dash represents a story only you can tell. Now, imagine a world where each of your customers shares their dash with you and you can use that data to engage in genuine conversations with them. Every. Single. Time.

No more guesswork, no more hit-and-miss messaging, and no more alienating your customers with irrelevant and annoying marketing. It’s a world where your customers would know that you care, and would open your messages, read your emails, and buy your products – because there’s a real brand connection. That possibility is now a reality because of LX data. It’s already a part of our dash. Now it can be a part of yours too.

How it Started

How does a competitive ultra-marathoner and ex-Google data scientist suffering from chronic pain and a world-renowned Physical Therapist for Olympic athletes create a baby that’s single-handedly revolutionizing brand loyalty as we know it? Not in the way you’re thinking, that’s for sure.

It all started when Adam Stepanovic went to his first Physical Therapy session with Dr. Jeff Moreno. During that session it became pretty clear that they were both frustrated by the same thing: Why wasn’t wearable data being used by athletes and sporting goods companies? It seemed like the obvious play: The athlete would achieve peak performance, and the brand would have provided the gear that got them there.

*Cue lightbulb-above-head moment*

Was this a chance meeting, or was this stroke of fate already written in the stars?
